What a day! On May 20, the Zendesk Showcase in Berlin was all about current CX trends, practical insights and inspiring best practices. As a sponsor of the event and with our own stand on site, we had the opportunity to hold many exciting discussions and make valuable contacts.
We will take this back with us to Hamburg:
